1600 Market recently completed a stunning lobby and amenity floor renovation. The anchor tenant was downsizing, and a large block of space was available. The Friction Design team worked in close coordination with internal stakeholders, architects and the leasing teams to design and produce new materials (brand, digital, media and events) to help change the perception of this dated and dark office tower, as well as infuse energy and a fresh modern vibe that helped AREP reposition this class-A asset.
